Hunting for a tool, reworking a part, stretching a changeover: you pay for it every day, and nobody counts it.
This software counts it — then proves it has gone down.
No card required · unlimited zones and users during the trial.
Then CHF 49 per month, per company — up to 50 users, unlimited zones.
Figures from the demo workshop — fictitious data, seeded to show the software.
That's what an untidy workstation costs. Enter your own figures — the maths does itself.
Assumptions: people × minutes lost × hourly cost × 220 working days. An estimate of your exposure, from your own figures — not a measured gain, and not a promise.
CHF 49 per month, per company. Up to 50 users, unlimited zones.
Excluding VAT. No commitment: cancel whenever you like, the subscription ends with the month already paid. After the 30-day trial nothing is charged: you choose to continue, otherwise the workshop becomes read-only.
Certification and auditor visit: separate, at the price stated before ordering. Shop equipment is paid on order.
A 5S is told in points, in money and in results. They are not the same thing — and the software never converts one into the other.
From 0 to 25, per zone, at every audit. It says whether the workstation is kept — not what it earns.
The calculator above, with your figures and its assumptions shown. An estimate, not an invoice.
Search time, scrap, changeover duration: you record them yourself, before and after. No 5S point is ever turned into a saving.
5S isn't about looking tidy. It goes after four losses you can count — and the software hands you the counter.
| What costs you | What the software does with it | What you read |
|---|---|---|
| Searching | Marked locations, audited criterion, dated action | The criterion "every item has an identified place" goes from 0 to 2 — and you can see when. |
| Reworking | Red bin, identified scrap, knock-out criterion | Unidentified scrap caps the audit at 12/25, however clean the rest may be. |
| Changeovers | Posted standard, shadow board for tools | Set-up time stops depending on who is standing at the machine. |
| Getting hurt | Clear access routes, ISO 7010 signage | A blocked walkway caps the score: the software refuses to mark it green. |
5S gets talked about everywhere. Here it gets measured: a score at the start, a score at the end, and the gap. Without both, nothing happened.

20Twenty criteria, four per axis, one photo. Standing, at the workstation, without going back to the office.
The 5th S is not ticked on the same day. The software refuses the diploma if fewer than thirty days separate the first step from the last.
A zone nobody has audited stays grey and says so. A board that is green only because nobody filled it in is a lie readable from four metres away.
A client does not visit your workshop. They look at a document — and they want to be able to check it.

Internal. It requires a lead, two team members, all five steps and measured progress. The server checks, and refuses with a reason.
We check the starting score, the progress and that it held for thirty days. The certificate arrives by e-mail, with a link you can pass on.
An approved auditor comes out and decides on site. It is not compulsory : certification on file stands on its own. The visit is the higher tier, and the document says so in plain words.
Every document carries a reference. Anyone can check it: verify a document. Valid twelve months, renewable through a maintenance audit — a lifetime certification only ever attests to a single day.
Certification does not stop at the document. It brings you into a network of workshops that work with the same grid — and recognise each other. The network starts with the first certified workshops.
The public directory of certified workshops opens with the first certificates: name, town, trade, date. A buyer looking for a serious subcontractor will find you there.
A certified customer, supplier or peer speaks your language: same criteria, same evidence, same grid.
Your certified lead may be mandated by MECAFLOW to audit other companies. They join the auditor network — and what they learn elsewhere, they bring back to you.
That is the loop: certified workshops train the auditors, the auditors certify further workshops. Nobody sells an audit to a workshop they do not understand.
A criterion at zero, one button, a quote. No catalogue to wade through.

Standardised signage, the same as in every plant across Europe. Size is chosen by reading distance, not by the space available.
Tape, shadow outlines, red bins, mats, furniture. You build the list in the software and receive a priced quote.
No project, no consultant. Three steps, in order.
A name, a first zone, your e-mail. With your Google or Microsoft account if you prefer. One minute.
Twenty criteria, one photo, a few minutes. You get a starting score — your point zero.
The criterion at zero becomes an action with an owner and a date. The next audit will tell whether it held.
A person, not a bot: contact@mecaflow.ch. Reply within one working day. No sales follow-up.
Encrypted in transit (TLS), hosted at Cloudflare, continuous backup with point-in-time restore. At the end of the trial the account becomes read-only — nothing is deleted without your consent.
That's where the gain is biggest — and it's the first thing the software will tell you.
